Artwork by Frank Oliva may be commissioned by private individuals, businesses, and government entities. The goal is to shape a finished piece that reflects your setting, your story, and your connection to the work.

How it works
Four steps from idea to delivery
Approve the scope and first payment
Once the concept and price are clearly understood, half of the agreed amount is due upon Frank Oliva accepting the commission. After payment is received, the work begins.
Review progress and approve completion
When the work reaches the two-thirds stage, half of the remaining balance becomes due. Once the commissioned piece is complete, Frank Oliva sends an image for your approval before final payment is requested.
Receive and confirm your artwork
After final payment is received, the commissioned piece is custom packaged and shipped as agreed. You will be contacted again to confirm that it arrived safely and matches expectations.
Payment structure
The process uses staged payments so the work can begin with confidence and continue with clear checkpoints as the piece progresses toward completion.
Ownership and delivery
Frank Oliva retains rights and title to the piece until it is completed and fully paid. After that, the artwork is custom packaged and tracked through delivery.
