Own Your Very Own One-of-a-Kind Artistic Treasure!
Artwork by Frank Oliva may be commissioned by private individuals, by the businesses and by government entities.
As intimidating as it may seem, there are really only four simple steps to having your next piece of art commissioned from Frank Oliva Island Art!
1.
Frank Oliva will start by having a detailed conversation to get to know what you would like to have painted and come to an agreement on its design, materials to be used, and the time it will take for the work commissioned to be completed.
2.
Once a price has been determined, and both you and Frank Oliva have correctly understood the what needs to be done, how, and by when, you agree that, in consideration for Frank Oliva creating the proposed work using his best aesthetic skill and judgment, you will pay half (1/2) of the total agreed amount upon Frank Oliva’s acceptance of the art piece you have just commissioned. Once payment has been received, your artist will then begin work on your piece.
3.
A payment of half (1/2) of the remaining amount will be due with Frank Oliva gives you written notice that the work is two-thirds (2/3) complete. Upon completion of the commissioned art piece, Frank Oliva will send you a picture of the piece for your approval. Once approval is received, the remaining balance will be due. Frank Oliva shall retain all rights in and title to the art piece until its completion and receipt of final payment.
4.
Once final payment is received, your commissioned art piece will be custom packaged and shipped to you as agreed, tracked the entire route to ensure it gets to you in perfect condition. Once your commissioned art has arrived you will be contacted to confirm that you have received your art and it is exactly as you expected.
Congratulations!
