Orders usually leave the studio within three to five business days, with weekend and holiday timing adjusted to the next business day.

International
Worldwide orders are welcome. Customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping and Handling
What to expect after checkout
Please allow three to five working days for Frank Oliva Island Art to process your order. Shipping times vary by item. Orders placed on Fridays are processed the following Monday, and orders placed on holidays are processed on the next business day.
Frank Oliva Island Art ships worldwide. International orders are shipped via Federal Express, and final shipping charges may be higher than the estimate shown during checkout. If that happens, you will be contacted with the correctly calculated shipping fees for approval before the order moves forward. International recipients are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees collected on delivery.
Artwork is packaged in custom-built art boxes to ensure safe delivery and shipped fully insured via FedEx, UPS, and other common carriers. A signature is required on delivery. International shipments may also include customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees collected by the carrier.
Receiving damaged art is rare because every piece is packed carefully, but if your order is incorrect or damaged, contact Frank Oliva Island Art within 24 hours during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm HST.
