How returns are handled
Frank Oliva Island Art offers a seven business day money-back guarantee on eligible artwork orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact the studio within seven business days of delivery so the return can be reviewed and arranged.
Contact the studio before sending anything back. Please include your name, contact information, order details, artwork title, delivery date, and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved before shipment so the artwork can be tracked and handled properly.
Returned artwork must be in its original condition and packed securely, preferably using the original packaging materials. Artwork that is damaged after delivery because of handling, display, storage, or return packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Unless the return is due to an error by Frank Oliva Island Art or damage that occurred during the original shipment, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipments should be trackable and insured for the full purchase value.
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact Frank Oliva Island Art within 24 hours during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm HST. Keep the artwork, packaging, and shipping materials until the issue is reviewed.
